What happens if my cake decorations arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging fragile items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, My Dream Cake ships within the domestic United States only. We are looking to expand to international shipping in the near future.

Can I return edible products or food coloring?

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on edible items, including food coloring, sprinkles, and cake mixes, unless they are defective.
