Enjoy the delight of baking delicate French macarons with ease, using Bakels Macaron Mix. This convenient mix eliminates the need for complex measurements or lengthy preparation. Simply add warm water to create perfectly shaped macaron shells with consistent results every time. Directions for Use
Makes approximately 40 large shells or 60 small shells
1kg Macaron Mix
210g Water (50-55°C)
Method
Place water and liquid colour into bowl (total 210g).
Add 1kg Macaron mix.
Blend for one minute on slow and scrape down.
Beat on top speed using a beater for 6 minutes.
Pipe onto baking trays lined with silicon paper.
Allow to stand for approximately 20 minutes.
Bake at 160 - 165°C for approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Sandwich with buttercream or ganache
Storage conditions
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
