White Gluten-Free Mud Cake Mix 5kg - Iconic Cake Art

FOR 1KG MIX - ADDED INGREDIENTS:

Group 1 Group 2
6 Eggs 300g Butter
350ml Milk 500g White Chocolate

Cooking Method:

  1. Mix Group 1 ingredients on low speed for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Scrape down and mix for a further 1 minute.
  3. Microwave Group 2 until melted - in 30 second bursts.
  4. Add melted Group 2 ingredients to Group 1 ingredients.
  5. Mix until combined on low speed - no more than 2 minutes.
  6. Pour mixture into 2 x lined 8" round x 3" deep (20cm) pans.
  7. Bake at 150°C for approximately 65-75 minutes. Baking time will vary depending on your oven.

Note:
Line your tin with baking paper. For better results, cover your tin with foil whilst baking. Please make sure your cake is fully baked before removing it from the oven.

Ingredients: Sugar, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Maltodextrin, Raising Agents (500, 450), Modified Tapioca Starch (1412), Flavours, Iodised Salt, Thickeners (415, 466, 464), Vegetable Emulsifiers (471, 481, 475), Colour (160a).

May be present due to shared equipment: Gluten, milk, soy, tree nuts, egg, sulphites and sesame.
